A real person reads every email, usually replying within one working day. We would rather spend five minutes getting your size right than process a return.
We answer Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm South African Standard Time (SAST, UTC+2), excluding public holidays. Emails that land over a weekend are answered on the Monday.
What to include
- Order queries: your order number, from your confirmation email.
- Sizing help: the size you normally wear and in which system (SA, UK, EU or US), and whether you have wide feet.
- Returns and exchanges: your order number and whether you want a different size or a refund. See returns and exchanges.
- A faulty pair: a photo of the problem, and roughly how long you have had them.
Often faster than emailing
Most questions we get are already answered in writing: what size to order, how to care for the leather, how to care for the leather, how long delivery takes, and how exchanges work.
Stockists and wholesale
If you run a shop and want to stock our vellies, email the same address with “wholesale” in the subject line and tell us where you are based.
Where we are
We are based in South Africa and ship door to door nationwide with The Courier Guy. We are an online shop rather than a walk-in store, so there is no counter to visit, which is part of why the shoes cost what they do.
