Shipping & delivery
We ship anywhere in South Africa, door to door, with tracking on every order, and delivery is free.
What delivery costs
- Every order: free. No minimum spend and no code needed, anywhere in the country, whether you are in Sandton or Springbok.
How long it takes
We pack and hand over your order within one to two working days. From collection, The Courier Guy delivers door to door in 2 to 4 working days. Main centres are usually at the faster end of that range, outlying and farm addresses at the slower end.
Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on a Friday afternoon are typically collected on the Monday.
Tracking your order
You get an order confirmation email immediately, then a second email with a The Courier Guy tracking number as soon as your parcel is collected. If the tracking number has not arrived within two working days of ordering, tell us and we will chase it.
Where we deliver
We deliver to every province in South Africa, including residential addresses, offices and farm addresses. Someone needs to be present to sign for the parcel. We cannot deliver to Post Office boxes, because the courier requires a physical street address.
We do not currently ship outside South Africa. If you want a pair sent abroad, email us and we will quote you directly.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel arrives damaged, do not accept it from the driver, and email us the same day. If it goes missing in transit, we trace it with the courier and send a replacement pair at our cost. Delivery problems are ours to solve, not yours.
